- Own the technical side of agency deals from discovery through close, engaging chiefs, CIOs, IT directors, and end-user officers to drive net-new and expansion wins across the product line. Sole SE on a $16M Ocean City Police Department deal closed in 2025.
- Primary technical advisor across the full product line: body cameras, in-car video, TASER, VR training, Outpost LPR, plus the cloud platform (Evidence.com, Standards, Fusus, Prepared 911). Design what fits each agency in practice, not what looks good in a slide.
- Demo Axon's AI Era Plan in nearly every customer meeting: Draft One, Auto-Transcribe, Axon Assistant, Smart Detection, Policy Chat, Brief One, Form One, Axon Vision. Map use cases to report writing, evidence review, dispatch, and field work.
- Drive 8+ agency POCs and pilots per year: scope the eval, coordinate setup and onboarding, and beat the on-prem or hybrid alternatives the agency is comparing us against.
- Write the technical sections of RFPs/RFIs and Statements of Work for Professional Services. Navigate public-sector procurement vehicles, including Sourcewell cooperative contracts and agency RFP processes.
- Travel ~75% to lead executive briefings, in-agency demos, and evaluations; represent Axon at conferences (Axon Accelerate, African American Mayors Association).
- Present to city councils and mayors when LE agencies need to defend the spend to elected officials. The Ocean City Council presentation was part of how that $16M deal closed.
- Built and shared an internal Claude skill now used by 10–25 Axon coworkers: it scans Outlook for customer/RFP questions, spawns sub-agents across Glean, Quip, Salesforce, and Slack to retrieve cited answers, and drafts responses to a private Slack canvas for review.

- Owned the platform escalations that crossed SaaS and device fleet at once. Worked them directly with engineering until fixed.
